Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars. An order is confirmed when payment has been taken and you have our confirmation email.
Shipping
Delivery options, times and costs are set out on the Shipping and delivery page and shown again at checkout.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes charged by your country are your responsibility and are paid on delivery.
Returns and warranty
Unused items can be returned within 30 days. Keyboards carry a one-year warranty. The Returns and Warranty pages have the detail.
Product information
Photos and specifications come from the manufacturers. If we find a mistake we correct it, and tell you if it affects an open order.
